Key Responsibilities

Helpers will assist skilled workers in daily construction tasks, material handling, and site preparation. Standby Men and Firewatch personnel will ensure safety compliance during high-risk activities such as welding and hot work operations. Flagmen will control site movement and guide heavy equipment operations. Supervisors and coordinators will manage site activities, monitor progress, and ensure coordination between teams. Work Permit Receivers and Quality Control staff will handle documentation, permit approval, and quality assurance processes to maintain Aramco and project standards. All workers must strictly follow safety rules and maintain discipline on site.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must have relevant experience in construction, mechanical, or industrial project environments. Pipe Fitters should have strong knowledge of piping systems, measurements, and installation techniques. Helpers must be physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks under supervision. Supervisory roles require leadership skills, technical knowledge, and experience in managing teams on construction sites. Safety-related positions such as Firewatch and Standby Man require awareness of hazard control and emergency response procedures.
