Role Importance in Industrial Safety and Rigging Work
Fire Watch personnel and Riggers play a vital role in maintaining safety and efficiency at industrial worksites. Fire Watch professionals ensure that hot work activities such as welding and cutting are performed safely, preventing fire hazards and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Rigger Level III workers handle lifting operations, equipment movement, and load securing tasks, ensuring safe and accurate material handling in complex industrial environments. Both roles are essential for maintaining operational safety and smooth project execution.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for performing safety monitoring and rigging tasks based on their assigned role. Fire Watch workers will monitor hot work areas, identify fire risks, and ensure fire prevention procedures are strictly followed. Riggers will prepare lifting equipment, assist crane operations, secure loads, and ensure safe material movement. All workers must follow site safety instructions, wear proper PPE, and maintain compliance with industrial safety standards throughout their duties.
Skills, Experience, and Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must have relevant experience in fire watch or rigging work in industrial projects. Fire Watch candidates with TUV certification and Rigger Level III certification holders will be preferred. Strong knowledge of safety procedures, hazard identification, and rigging techniques is required. Candidates must be physically fit and capable of working in demanding site conditions. Mandatory documentation includes Chamber certificate, Absher iqama, Muqeem, passport copy, insurance, blood group details, and CR copy. Passport submission is required at the office for processing.
