Job Role Overview and Importance
Fire Watchers are responsible for monitoring hazardous work areas to prevent fire incidents and ensure compliance with safety regulations. In Aramco projects, this role is highly important as it directly supports emergency prevention and workplace safety enforcement. Fire Watch personnel act as the first line of defense during hot work activities, ensuring that all safety protocols are strictly followed.
Key Responsibilities and Work Scope
Selected candidates will be responsible for observing welding and hot work operations, identifying fire risks, and ensuring fire extinguishers and safety equipment are in place and functional. Fire Watchers must remain alert at all times, report unsafe conditions immediately, and coordinate with safety officers and site supervisors. They are required to follow Aramco safety procedures and maintain constant vigilance throughout their shift.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must hold a valid Aramco-certified Fire Watch card along with an approved vendor code. Candidates should have prior experience in industrial safety roles, particularly in oil and gas environments. Strong attention to detail, physical fitness, and the ability to work in high-risk industrial conditions are essential. Immediate joining is required for selected candidates.
