Job Role Overview and Importance

Supervisory and foreman roles in piping, instrumentation, and electrical disciplines are essential for managing site operations, ensuring technical accuracy, and maintaining productivity across industrial projects. Aramco-certified Work Permit Receivers (WPR) and Riggers are responsible for maintaining strict safety compliance and executing lifting operations in accordance with approved standards. These positions collectively ensure smooth coordination between engineering teams, safety departments, and field operations.

Key Responsibilities and Work Scope

Supervisors will oversee daily site activities, manage workforce execution, and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations. Foremen will support supervisors by coordinating labor teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring task completion according to engineering standards. WPR personnel will manage permit-to-work systems and ensure all activities are authorized before execution. Riggers will handle lifting operations, equipment handling, and safe movement of heavy materials under Aramco-approved procedures.

Skills, Experience & Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must have relevant industrial experience in oil and gas or construction projects. Supervisors and foremen should have strong leadership and technical knowledge in their respective disciplines. WPR candidates must hold valid Aramco approval, while riggers must be certified for their respective levels. Chamber and Vendor Code are mandatory requirements for all applicants. Candidates must also have valid documents with at least 3 months validity remaining.
