Firewatch, Forklift Operator & Heavy Driver Jobs
Description
Trindus Engineering is offering urgent opportunities for skilled workers in a shutdown project based in Jubail. These roles—Firewatch, Forklift Operator, and Heavy Driver—are essential in industrial and construction environments, especially during shutdown operations where safety, efficiency, and coordination are critical. A Firewatch ensures that all hot work activities are monitored to prevent fire hazards, while Forklift Operators and Heavy Drivers support logistics by safely transporting materials and personnel. These positions play a vital role in maintaining operational flow and ensuring compliance with strict safety standards followed by major companies like Aramco.
Key Responsibilities
In these roles, workers are expected to carry out their duties with a strong focus on safety and discipline. Firewatch personnel must continuously monitor work areas where welding or cutting is taking place and be ready to respond to emergencies. Forklift Operators are responsible for handling materials, loading and unloading goods, and ensuring equipment is operated safely. Heavy Drivers must transport workers or materials across sites, ensuring proper vehicle handling and adherence to traffic regulations within industrial zones. All roles require following company policies, maintaining communication with supervisors, and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently during the shutdown period.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates applying for these jobs must have relevant experience and certifications, especially the mandatory Aramco Vendor Code. Basic knowledge of safety procedures, equipment handling, and site operations is essential. Firewatch workers should understand fire prevention methods and emergency response techniques. Forklift Operators must be skilled in operating machinery with precision, while Heavy Drivers should have valid driving licenses and experience with buses, trailers, or dyna trucks. Good physical fitness, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure during shutdown projects are also important. Familiarity with documentation processes such as Iqama, Muqeem, and Ajeer registration is required.
