Description

This urgent recruitment drive is announced for General Helper positions in an ongoing industrial project located in Madin, Saudi Arabia. The primary purpose of this job is to assist skilled workers and site supervisors in daily operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflow at the project site. Helpers play an important role in supporting construction activities by carrying materials, preparing work areas, and maintaining cleanliness and organization at the workplace. This position is essential for maintaining productivity and efficiency in large-scale industrial operations where teamwork and coordination are highly required.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be responsible for assisting skilled workers and technicians in various site activities. Duties include loading and unloading materials, preparing tools and equipment, and supporting fabrication and installation tasks. Helpers will also assist in maintaining site cleanliness and ensuring safe working conditions are followed at all times. They may be required to support welding, fitting, and mechanical teams by providing necessary materials and assistance during operations. Following instructions from supervisors and maintaining discipline at the workplace is a key responsibility. Workers must also ensure that safety procedures are followed and report any hazards or unsafe conditions immediately to site management.

Skills and Knowledge

Applicants should have basic experience in construction or industrial site work. No high-level technical qualification is required, but candidates must be physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in challenging site conditions. Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures is important for this role. The ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team is essential. Experience in Saudi Arabia or other Gulf countries will be an added advantage. Candidates must also be willing to work long hours in outdoor environments and adapt to site requirements. Valid documents such as Iqama, Muqeem copy, and training card are required, along with an original passport submission for processing.
