HSE Officer (Non-Aramco)

Sinopec International is urgently hiring experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officers for long-term projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. These roles are essential for maintaining workplace safety standards, ensuring compliance with occupational health regulations, and minimizing risks in industrial and construction environments. The positions include both Aramco-approved and non-Aramco HSE Officers, with preference given to Indian candidates as specified by the employer.

Key Responsibilities and Job Duties

The HSE Officer will be responsible for monitoring site activities to ensure full compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Duties include conducting regular safety inspections, identifying workplace hazards, and implementing corrective and preventive measures to reduce risks.

Additional responsibilities include conducting toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions for workers. The officer will also prepare safety reports, maintain incident records, and coordinate with site management to ensure proper implementation of safety procedures across all operations.

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

Applicants must have relevant experience in HSE roles within industrial or construction projects. Aramco-approved candidates will be preferred for senior-level positions, while non-Aramco experienced candidates are also eligible for consideration.

Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety standards, hazard identification, and risk assessment is required. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills, leadership ability, and the capacity to manage safety compliance in high-pressure environments. Only Indian nationality candidates are eligible for this recruitment.
