Light Driver / Heavy Driver

An urgent recruitment opportunity is available for Light Drivers and Heavy Drivers for a short-term project in Taif, Saudi Arabia. These roles are essential for safe transportation of personnel and materials across project sites. Drivers will be responsible for ensuring timely movement, maintaining vehicle safety standards, and supporting daily operational logistics in an industrial working environment.

Key Responsibilities and Job Duties

Light Drivers will be responsible for transporting staff and small materials safely between designated locations while following traffic rules and company safety policies. Heavy Drivers will handle larger vehicles, transporting heavy equipment and materials required for project operations.

Both positions require proper vehicle inspection before operation, ensuring roadworthiness and safety compliance. Drivers must follow assigned routes, maintain cleanliness of vehicles, and report any mechanical issues immediately to supervisors. Timely delivery and safe driving practices are critical parts of the role.

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

Applicants must have valid driving experience in Saudi Arabia or Gulf countries. Candidates should be familiar with road safety regulations and vehicle handling procedures. A valid iqama with at least 3 months validity is mandatory.

Applicants must also have complete documentation including Ajeer and Chamber registration. Strong discipline, reliability, and the ability to work under supervision are essential. Experience in construction or industrial transport will be considered an advantage.
