Role Duties & Field Operations
Each worker will be assigned duties according to their trade category and experience level. Mechanical and welding supervisors will manage site execution, monitor productivity, and ensure quality control. Safety officers will enforce safety standards, conduct inspections, and reduce workplace hazards. Pipe fitters, riggers, and fabricators will perform installation, lifting, assembly, and fabrication tasks. Standby men and fire watch personnel will monitor high-risk activities to ensure safety compliance. Permit receivers will handle work permits and ensure all tasks are authorized before execution. All employees must maintain discipline, teamwork, and compliance with project safety rules.
Required Expertise & Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have relevant experience in industrial construction, maintenance, or oil & gas projects. Trade knowledge in mechanical work, welding, rigging, pipe fitting, or safety operations is required depending on the position. Safety officers and permit receivers must hold valid Maaden authorization cards. Candidates should be physically fit and capable of working in demanding site conditions. Strong understanding of industrial safety procedures is essential. Gulf experience will be considered an advantage. Proper documentation and valid certifications are mandatory for selection and mobilization.
