Piping Supervisor, Instrument Supervisor, Pipe Fitter, Painter, Grinderman & Helper
HEBE is currently accepting applications for an urgent manpower requirement for a very long-term project. The recruitment is being carried out for several positions under L&T, including supervisory, piping, painting, grinding, and general helper roles. A total of 83 positions are available. Candidates with relevant experience and valid employment documents are encouraged to apply. Food, Accommodation & Transportation (FAT) will be provided by the company.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Piping Supervisor
Piping Supervisors will oversee piping activities, coordinate work crews, monitor daily progress, and ensure that installation and maintenance work is completed according to project specifications, quality requirements, and safety procedures. Strong supervisory and piping experience is expected.
Instrument Supervisor
Instrument Supervisors will coordinate instrumentation activities, supervise technicians and workers, monitor installation and maintenance tasks, and ensure that work is performed according to technical and safety standards. Relevant industrial instrumentation experience is preferred.
Pipe Fitter
Pipe Fitters will install, assemble, dismantle, align, and maintain piping systems according to drawings and project requirements. Candidates should be familiar with pipe fittings, measurements, hand tools, and safe industrial working practices.
Painter (Spray)
Spray Painters will prepare surfaces and apply paint or protective coatings using spray equipment. The role requires proper surface preparation, correct equipment handling, and attention to coating quality and workplace safety.
Painter (Brush)
Brush Painters will prepare surfaces and apply protective or finishing coatings using brushes and related tools. Candidates should understand basic painting procedures, surface preparation, and safe handling of painting materials.
Grinderman
Grindermen will perform grinding, surface preparation, cutting, cleaning, and related metalwork activities using appropriate power tools. Candidates must follow safety procedures and use suitable personal protective equipment while working.
Helper
Helpers will support skilled workers and supervisors with general project activities, material handling, tool preparation, housekeeping, and other assigned duties. Physical fitness, reliability, and willingness to work in an industrial environment are important.
Required Skills & Candidate Profile
Applicants should have suitable experience in their respective positions and be capable of following workplace safety procedures and supervisor instructions. Supervisory candidates should have strong leadership and coordination abilities, while skilled trade workers should possess practical knowledge of their specific work. All applicants must have a valid Iqama with a minimum of three months validity and should prepare the complete set of required documents. Candidates must also bring their passport because applications will not be accepted without it.
