Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for performing and supervising maintenance activities based on their designated roles. The Project Manager and Maintenance Engineer will coordinate plant operations, manage maintenance schedules, and ensure project goals are achieved within deadlines. SAP Planners will develop maintenance plans, track work orders, and ensure efficient resource utilization. HVAC Technicians will handle installation, repair, and servicing of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Mechanical Technicians will perform equipment maintenance, alignment, and fault rectification, while Electrical & Instrumentation Technicians will manage wiring systems, control panels, and instrumentation troubleshooting. All staff must ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain high-quality workmanship throughout operations.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants must possess strong technical expertise relevant to their respective fields, along with practical experience in industrial maintenance environments. Mechanical professionals should have knowledge of rotating equipment, pumps, and industrial machinery. HVAC technicians must be skilled in system installation, gas charging, and maintenance procedures. Electrical & Instrumentation technicians should understand control systems, PLC operations, and electrical fault diagnosis. SAP planners must have hands-on experience with maintenance planning software and scheduling systems. A minimum of five years’ experience is required for technical roles, and plant maintenance experience is highly preferred.
