Role Summary
This urgent requirement is for Fire Watch for an industrial project in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The main responsibility is to ensure continuous monitoring of work areas to prevent fire hazards and respond immediately in case of any emergency. Key Responsibilities
The Fire Watch personnel will be responsible for monitoring all hot work operations on-site, including welding, grinding, and cutting activities. Duties include identifying potential fire risks, ensuring fire extinguishers and safety equipment are available, and maintaining constant alertness during operations. Fire Watch staff must immediately report unsafe conditions to supervisors and take quick action in case of smoke, sparks, or fire incidents. They are also responsible for ensuring that all safety rules and procedures are strictly followed at all times to protect workers and site assets.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must hold a valid SChem certification, which is mandatory for this role. Experience in industrial or petrochemical projects is preferred.
