Safety Officers are responsible for creating and maintaining a safe working environment across industrial projects. They help ensure that all activities comply with safety regulations, identify potential hazards, conduct routine inspections, and promote safe work practices among project personnel. Their expertise plays a critical role in preventing accidents and supporting smooth project operations while maintaining compliance with client safety standards.
Responsibilities and Daily Work Activities
Selected candidates will monitor site safety conditions, perform regular workplace inspections, investigate unsafe acts and conditions, and ensure compliance with project safety procedures. They will conduct toolbox talks, assist in risk assessments, verify that workers use appropriate personal protective equipment, and coordinate with supervisors to resolve safety-related issues. Maintaining accurate safety records and supporting continuous improvement initiatives will also be part of the daily responsibilities.
Experience and Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must have a minimum of five years of experience as an Aramco Safety Officer. A valid Vendor Code and Chamber Registration are mandatory for this position. Candidates should also have a valid Iqama, Muqeem, blood group record, medical report, and an original passport. Strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a thorough understanding of industrial safety standards are essential for success in this role.
