The available positions are part of an urgent requirement for a well-structured industrial project under Sipchem-approved site operations. These roles are essential for maintaining safety standards, quality assurance, and operational discipline within high-risk industrial environments. The job categories include QC Mechanical, Safety Officer, Work Permit Receiver (WPR), and Fire Watch personnel. Each role plays a critical part in ensuring that project activities are executed in compliance with international safety regulations and company procedures. The importance of these positions lies in preventing workplace hazards, maintaining operational continuity, and supporting smooth execution of maintenance and shutdown activities within petrochemical and industrial facilities.


Key Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be responsible for performing duties according to their designated roles. The QC Mechanical inspector will ensure all mechanical installations, equipment, and fabrication work meet required quality standards and project specifications. The Safety Officer will monitor site activities, enforce safety regulations, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure hazard-free working conditions. The Work Permit Receiver (WPR) will handle permit-to-work systems, coordinate between departments, and ensure all work is authorized and compliant before execution. Fire Watch personnel will remain alert during hot work activities, monitor fire risks, and respond immediately in case of any emergency situation. All roles require strict adherence to site safety rules and coordination with supervisors and project engineers.


Skills and Knowledge

Candidates must possess relevant industrial experience and valid certification, especially a valid Sipchem ID, which is mandatory for all positions. A strong understanding of industrial safety standards, permit systems, and site compliance procedures is essential. QC Mechanical candidates should have knowledge of mechanical inspection techniques, welding standards, and fabrication quality control. Safety Officers must be familiar with risk assessment, hazard identification, and emergency response procedures. WPR and Fire Watch personnel should have practical knowledge of permit handling and fire prevention systems. Good communication skills, discipline, and the ability to work in high-pressure environments are required for all roles.
