Key Responsibilities
Employees will be assigned duties based on their respective job roles and site requirements. Safety Officers will monitor site safety compliance, conduct inspections, and ensure all workers follow safety regulations. WPR (Work Permit Receivers) will manage and verify work permits before job execution to ensure safe operations. Riggers will be responsible for lifting activities, equipment handling, and safe rigging practices under supervision.
Pipe Fitters, Carpenters, Steel Fixers, and Masons will perform technical construction tasks according to drawings and instructions, ensuring accuracy and quality workmanship. Helpers and Laborers will support skilled workers by transporting materials, assisting daily site activities, and maintaining cleanliness. All workers must strictly follow supervisor instructions and maintain safety standards at all times.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should have relevant experience in their respective trades and the ability to work in challenging construction site conditions. Safety Officers must hold a valid NEBOSH certification, demonstrating strong knowledge of occupational health and safety practices. Riggers and WPR candidates must possess TUV certification or equivalent approved qualifications.
Skilled workers such as Pipe Fitters, Carpenters, Steel Fixers, and Masons should have practical site experience and basic knowledge of construction drawings and tools. All candidates must demonstrate physical fitness, teamwork ability, discipline, and willingness to work under pressure. Gulf experience will be considered an added advantage for selection.
