The recruitment includes skilled technical workers, supervisors, foremen, coordinators, scaffolders, and helpers. Responsibilities & Work Expectations
Selected candidates will be responsible for performing duties according to their respective job categories and project assignments. Scaffolders will assemble, modify, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding structures while following safe working practices. Helpers will support skilled workers with materials, tools, and general site activities. Instrument and Electrical Technicians will perform installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and related technical work. Mechanical Technicians will support mechanical maintenance and repair activities. Field Supervisors and General Foremen will coordinate manpower, monitor daily site progress, and ensure work is completed according to project requirements. Site Coordinators will assist with communication, documentation, scheduling, and coordination between site teams and management.
Skills, Experience & Required Documents
Applicants should have suitable experience in their respective trades and be capable of working efficiently in an industrial project environment. Technical candidates should possess practical knowledge of their specialty, while supervisors and foremen should have strong manpower-management and site-coordination abilities. Ajeer is mandatory for this recruitment, and candidates should also have Chamber documentation. Applicants must bring a hard colour copy and original passport, together with the required supporting documents. The stated documentation includes a photo, Absher/Iqama with at least three months’ validity, passport, Muqeem, body fitness certificate, and CR. Candidates should ensure their documents are valid and ready for verification.
