This job opportunity is for skilled and semi-skilled construction workers, including Steel Fixers, Carpenters, and General Helpers, required for an ongoing industrial project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role is essential in supporting large-scale building and infrastructure development work, ensuring that construction activities are completed safely, accurately, and within the required timeline. Each position plays a vital part in the construction process, from structural reinforcement to finishing and general site support. The purpose of this recruitment is to provide reliable manpower for a short-term but high-demand project environment. Workers will be expected to follow site instructions, maintain safety standards, and contribute effectively to daily construction operations under professional supervision.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for performing their assigned trade duties according to site requirements and supervisor instructions. Steel Fixers will handle cutting, bending, and fixing reinforcement bars as per structural drawings, ensuring strong and safe concrete frameworks. Carpenters will be responsible for shuttering, formwork preparation, and assembling wooden structures used in concrete casting work. Helpers will support skilled workers by carrying materials, preparing tools, cleaning work areas, and assisting in general site activities. All workers must follow safety regulations, wear personal protective equipment, and maintain discipline on site. Proper coordination with team members is necessary to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should have prior experience in construction work relevant to their trade, with basic knowledge of tools, materials, and site safety procedures. Steel Fixers must understand structural drawings and reinforcement techniques, while Carpenters should be skilled in measuring, cutting, and assembling wooden frameworks. Helpers are expected to have physical stamina, willingness to learn, and the ability to follow instructions carefully. Basic communication skills and teamwork ability are important for all positions.
