Main Duties and Responsibilities
Successful candidates will perform duties according to their assigned trade while complying with company procedures and project safety regulations. Welders will prepare materials, perform 3G/4G and TIG welding, inspect completed welds, and maintain welding equipment. Pipe Fitters and Structure Fitters will install, align, and assemble piping systems and structural components while interpreting technical drawings. Scaffolders will erect, inspect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures in accordance with approved safety standards. All employees are expected to work efficiently, maintain quality workmanship, and cooperate with supervisors to achieve project objectives.
Skills, Experience, and Eligibility
Applicants should have practical experience in their respective trades and be capable of working on industrial construction projects. TUV certification is mandatory for Scaffolder positions, while Structure Welders should be qualified in 3G/4G welding and Multi Welders must have experience in TIG welding for carbon steel and stainless steel. Candidates must provide a valid Iqama with at least six months of validity, Digital Iqama with barcode, Muqeem Copy, Original Passport, Passport-size Photograph, Medical Report, Blood Group Certificate, valid Ajeer, and the required Ajeer Request Screenshot or Service Agreement. Candidates who successfully complete the trade test and interview will receive preference.
