This urgent recruitment is for experienced Work Permit Receivers (WPR) for Aramco projects in Saudi Arabia. The role is highly critical in maintaining safe work execution within oil and gas operations by managing the permit-to-work system according to Aramco safety standards. WPR professionals ensure that all hazardous activities are properly authorized, risk assessments are completed, and work is performed under strict safety compliance to prevent incidents in high-risk industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities and Job Duties
The Work Permit Receiver will be responsible for receiving, verifying, and controlling all work permits before any job activity begins on site. Duties include ensuring that all safety requirements, isolation procedures, and risk assessments are properly completed and approved according to Aramco standards.
The WPR will coordinate with supervisors, safety officers, and site teams to ensure that all work is conducted safely and in compliance with permit conditions. Additional responsibilities include monitoring ongoing activities, maintaining accurate permit records, and ensuring that no unauthorized work is performed on site. The role also involves ensuring continuous adherence to Aramco safety regulations throughout the project duration.
Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
Applicants must have prior Aramco project experience and must possess Rastanura RTR delegation as a mandatory requirement. EOLB certification is also required for eligibility.
Candidates should have strong knowledge of Aramco permit-to-work systems, industrial safety procedures, and hazard control practices. The ability to work in high-pressure environments, attention to detail, and strong coordination skills are essential for this role. Experience in oil and gas projects is highly preferred.
