Pipe Fabricator /Foreman / Supervisor – WPR – SBM/FW – Safety Supervisor
Large-scale industrial and construction projects continue to expand rapidly across major engineering zones, creating strong demand for skilled piping and fabrication professionals. These roles are essential for supporting oil, gas, and heavy industrial infrastructure where precision, safety, and technical expertise are required at every stage. A new urgent recruitment drive is now open for experienced candidates in pipe fabrication, piping supervision, safety roles, and Aramco-based site operations. This opportunity is ideal for workers looking to secure stable employment with competitive hourly rates and immediate interview scheduling.
Job Role Overview & Importance
Piping and fabrication professionals play a crucial role in industrial project execution, especially in mechanical and structural installations. Pipe fabricators are responsible for preparing and assembling piping systems that carry essential fluids and gases across facilities. Piping foremen and supervisors ensure that teams work efficiently, follow technical drawings, and maintain strict quality control throughout the installation process. Safety supervisors and WPR roles are equally important as they ensure compliance with safety standards, permit systems, and site regulations. SBM/FW workers support fabrication and field operations, helping maintain workflow continuity. Together, these positions form the backbone of industrial piping projects where accuracy and coordination are critical for successful completion.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Pipe fabricators are responsible for cutting, shaping, aligning, and assembling pipes according to engineering drawings and project specifications. They must ensure proper measurements and welding preparation while maintaining high-quality standards. Piping foremen supervise daily site activities, assign tasks to workers, monitor progress, and ensure that fabrication work meets technical requirements. They also coordinate with engineers and supervisors to resolve on-site issues.
Piping supervisors take a broader leadership role, overseeing multiple teams, managing work schedules, and ensuring compliance with project timelines and safety protocols. Aramco WPR professionals handle work permits, ensuring that all tasks are approved and executed safely under industrial regulations. Safety supervisors are responsible for monitoring site hazards, conducting inspections, and enforcing safety guidelines to prevent accidents. SBM/FW workers assist in general fabrication and fieldwork activities, ensuring smooth operational support across the site.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Candidates must have relevant industrial experience in piping, fabrication, or site supervision roles. Pipe fabricators should be skilled in reading technical drawings and handling fabrication tools with accuracy. Foremen and supervisors must have strong leadership experience and the ability to manage teams in fast-paced project environments. Safety supervisors should possess Aramco-approved certification and strong knowledge of industrial safety standards.
All applicants must have a valid vendor code as it is mandatory for selection. Candidates should be physically fit, disciplined, and capable of working under strict site conditions. Prior experience in large industrial projects will be considered an advantage for all positions.
