Primary Job Responsibilities
Rigger 3 (TUV Certified) personnel are responsible for inspecting lifting equipment, attaching loads securely, coordinating crane operations, and ensuring that lifting activities are carried out according to approved safety procedures. They work closely with operators and supervisors to maintain safe material handling operations throughout the project.
Scaffolders are responsible for erecting, modifying, inspecting, and dismantling scaffolding structures in accordance with project specifications and safety regulations. They ensure that access platforms remain stable, secure, and suitable for workers performing construction, maintenance, and inspection activities.
All employees are expected to follow workplace safety standards, comply with project regulations, and contribute to efficient project execution.
Required Skills, Qualifications and Knowledge
Applicants should possess relevant industrial project experience and demonstrate a strong understanding of workplace safety procedures. Rigger candidates must hold a valid TUV certification and have practical knowledge of lifting operations, rigging equipment, and load handling techniques.
Scaffolder candidates should have experience in scaffold erection and dismantling activities within industrial environments.
