This recruitment campaign focuses on providing skilled manpower for a major industrial and oil & gas project in Al Juaimah. Key Responsibilities

Workers in this project will be assigned responsibilities based on their trade category. Scaffolders will handle erection and dismantling of scaffolding structures following safety standards. Foreman Piping will supervise piping teams, manage work distribution, and ensure quality execution. Piping Fabricators and Pipe Fitters will be responsible for cutting, assembling, and installing piping systems as per technical drawings. Grinders will perform surface finishing and preparation work. Riggers (Level 3 – Aramco) will manage lifting operations safely using approved rigging techniques. Safety Officers will monitor site safety compliance, conduct inspections, and enforce regulations. Work Permit Receivers will ensure that no job starts without proper authorization and valid permits. Insulation Foremen will supervise insulation activities and ensure proper installation standards are followed.

Skills and Knowledge

Candidates must have relevant field experience in industrial construction or oil & gas projects. Scaffolders should hold Ajeer and TUV certification, while Riggers, Safety Officers, and Work Permit Receivers must have Aramco approval. Strong knowledge of safety procedures, technical drawings, and industrial standards is essential. Supervisory roles require leadership skills and the ability to manage teams under pressure. Technical workers must be skilled in fabrication, installation, and tool handling. Good communication, discipline, and physical fitness are required for all positions. Candidates must also be familiar with site safety protocols and be able to work in a high-demand environment with strict timelines.
