Trindus Engineering, a well-established company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is urgently seeking skilled and Aramco-approved professionals for an upcoming shutdown project. This recruitment drive is focused on experienced personnel in scaffolding inspection, rigging operations, and work permit control to support critical industrial maintenance activities. The company is known for delivering high-standard engineering and construction services across oil and gas sectors, and this project requires highly competent manpower to ensure safety, precision, and efficiency during shutdown operations. Candidates with valid approvals and relevant certifications will be given priority, as the work involves strict compliance with Aramco safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for executing their duties according to industry safety regulations and project requirements. The Scaffolder Inspector will ensure all scaffolding structures are safely erected, inspected, and maintained according to Aramco standards. Riggers at Level-1, Level-2, and Level-3 will handle lifting operations, equipment movement, and load securing with proper signaling and safety coordination during critical lifting activities. The WPR (Work Permit Receiver) will manage work permits, ensuring all site activities comply with safety documentation and hazard controls, particularly holding a valid EOLB certification. The Scaffolding Supervisor will oversee the entire scaffolding team, ensuring proper execution of erection, dismantling, and inspection tasks while maintaining safety and productivity on site. All roles will be actively involved in shutdown operations where timing, accuracy, and safety are essential.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants must have strong experience in oil and gas shutdown projects, preferably with Aramco approval or equivalent certification. Scaffolding Inspectors should have deep knowledge of structural safety standards, inspection procedures, and hazard identification. Riggers at all levels must be skilled in lifting techniques, rigging equipment handling, and load calculation with a strong understanding of communication signals during operations. The Scaffolding Supervisor must demonstrate leadership ability, team coordination, and strong technical knowledge of scaffolding systems. The WPR candidate must be fully familiar with permit-to-work systems, safety documentation, and EOLB compliance requirements. In addition, all candidates should possess good communication skills, safety awareness, and the ability to work in high-pressure shutdown environments.
