This shutdown manpower requirement is a short-term but highly important industrial project in the petrochemical sector located in Jubail. The main purpose of this job is to support maintenance, inspection, repair, and technical servicing activities during the plant shutdown period. Key Responsibilities
The workforce will perform job-specific duties based on their assigned roles. Static Foremen will manage overall site coordination and supervise shutdown activities. Instrument Technicians will handle calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of control systems. Safety Officers will ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and monitor site hazards. Fabrication Foremen will oversee structural work and manage fabrication teams. Multi Welders will perform welding tasks as per project requirements and quality standards. Fabricators will execute cutting, shaping, and assembling of metal structures. Rigger III personnel will manage lifting operations safely and assist in rigging activities. Electrical Technicians will carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, while Electrical Foremen will supervise electrical teams and ensure smooth execution of tasks. All workers must follow safety rules, complete assigned duties efficiently, and maintain discipline throughout the shutdown period.
